Michael Karp is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist providing individual, couples, family & internet/telephone therapy. He maintains a private practice in Valley Center, CA.

With over 30 years experience, Mr. Karp graduated from the State University of New York in 1979, specializing in professional psychology. He currently serves as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of patients.

In addition to being a skillful practitioner, Michael Karp has taught at San Bernardino Valley College and for the Elder Hostel organization. From 1987 onwards, he has reached the general public through newspapers, radio and on the web. He continues to do so using his blog, Lets Talk.

Mr. Karp received extensive training in Short-term Dynamic Psychotherapy combining this approach with other experiential therapies.
