Their equipment was old. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current. My adjustments hurt a lot. They didn't seem to care about my comfort in the least. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality.
