They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I almost didn't keep my appointment, because upon entering the building, I could hear the DC screaming at his staff, which was rude and unprofessional. I don't plan on coming back.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
