I love it that no matter how long it's been since I have been in, Dr. Coogan always remembers me by name. He is very attentive and kind, as well as knowledgable.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else.
