I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Strickland really has helped me through the years! When I have a problem, I call, I go and then I feel better! He is wonderful!

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
