They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
