About

William Thoens, D.C. C.C.E.P.

At Mountain Park Chiropractic, our goal is getting you to the top of your game, whether you are an athlete or not. We use proven techniques to evaluate function, improve performance, and prevent and treat injuries. Are your muscles and joints performing as they were intended? An impaired range of motion in the joints or muscles can greatly reduce performance and ultimately lead to injury. By combining traditional chiropractic care with soft tissue treatment, we offer a dynamic and highly effective approach to healing and performance.

Our chiropractic techniques provide you with hands-on, effective treatments that can help to relieve your back, neck and extremity problems without drugs or surgery. In addition to joint manipulations, called adjustments, we also use a variety of soft tissue techniques and physical modalities like ultrasound, electric muscle stimulation, and cold laser treatment.

We treat just about any muscle and skeleton issue, such as: plantar fasciitis or foot and ankle pain, headaches, back or neck pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, knee or hip pain, tennis elbow, groin pain, patella pain, muscle weakness, shooting pain, leg pain, runners knee, IT band, chronic spasm, pain when sitting or standing, numbness in extremities, tingling extremities, calf pain, restless legs, sprains, strains and whiplash.

I cannot say enough about what Bill has done for our family. His prompt treatment of a number of significant and life impacting injuries and mis-alignments is legend in our household. I started going to see him about six years ago for what looked to be TMJ (I did NOT want to go the surgery route, but the pain was becoming excrutiating). Within a few sessions, he had relieved the pain and it has not come back since.

Bill spotted another injury I had completely forgotten about (that had occurred over 40 years previous!) and started treating me for that. My shoulder pain has been substantially reduced, and my ability to manage it through the awareness of the nature of the injury that Bill has brought to me about it is much improved.

Bill is prompt in his treatments, is always flexible as to appointment times, and will do everything possible to work me into his schedule, which can become quite full. He will even see you on the weekends, if necessary.

There are many other stories from our household where Bill has brought both healing AND understanding of what is going on. He obviously knows his practice well, and he is to his class in our opinion.

Dr. Bill has always done a great job with my family. Our daughter has had many basketball injuries, rolled ankles, knee problems, jammed fingers etc.
He has always given her the royal treament, inlcluding adjusting her spine, and complete body alignment. He has been a Godsend to us. Truly a caring, compassionate man. I would highly recommend him.
