They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible. They misinformed me about their billing options. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.
