The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Dr. Jacks is attentive and concerned about my well being. Being under Dr. Jacks care has improved my overall health.
