I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put my mind at ease. My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how the doctor catered to my needs.

Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment
