Dr. Matt Herber is the best chiropractor in Green Bay and surrounding area. He is extremely attentive to my concerns and goes out of his way to make me feel at ease. He is an excellent educator and explains everything in a way I can understand. He is always upbeat, positive, polite, and he isn't bad to look at, either!!! :) Prices are very reasonable and he won't try to "scam" you like other chiropractors might...he only sees you as long as necessary to fix your issue, though I often see him for routine body maintenance, as well. I have been to other chiropractors before and there is no comparison…he truly is the best and all my friends and family think so, too!

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area.
