When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff was ready for me right away. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They took x-rays before doing any adjustments so they knew exactly what was going on. (I have broke my back numerous times so having x-rays are a must before doing any adjustments in my case) Doctor Keogh did an excellent job popping things back in place. I've been to MANY chiropractors around the country and Dr Keogh is one of the best I've seen!
