I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
