Dr. Riley was the first doctor to ever really listen to my problems. Other doctors acted like they already knew what was wrong, but never took the time to really connect with me. While in the reception room they had a huge selection of magazines. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I also know that Dr. Riley teaches other chiropractic doctors from his years of experience. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
