Their staff is friendly, They are professional. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions. I eventually found a spot to park after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The Service is good and Quick but that is where it Stops. I Have been to many Chiropractors in Big Rapids but have realized that most people go to a Chiropractor and Develop a relationship with them and base their Recommendation on that Not Performance. I have went to Chiropractors in Big Rapids for over a year now. I like Dr. Bailey as a friend but his performance left somthing to be desired. When I walked out my wallet felt lighter but that was about it. I have been going to another Chiropractor for a Couple visits now and feel Complete when I walk out the door. The First Chiropractor I went to (on the other side of town) was OK but he couldn't adjust my Lower Back and usually took about 30 min. to 45 min. for an Adjustment . After going to Dr,Bailey for a few weeks It was clear to me he was not the Chiropractor for me. He couldn't Adjust my Lower, Upper Back or Neck. I would Go in he would draw X's on my back and adjust each spot which still left me in pain all week. His Technique just didn't work for me. I would be in and out of his Office in 10-15min. I have found a new Chiropractor that Adjusts me and my Muscles are sore for about a day(Same as the Other Chiropractors) then the next week I feel Great! Usually takes 20-25min. When i was going to Dr,Bailey I would go in get an Adjustment walk out in pain and the Whole next week was in pain because my back and neck was still out. If you are looking for a Chiropractor go try a few of them for 4-6 weeks then you will know how I base my Review. Personal Experience with Many Chiropractors will tell you who is right for you. Don't just go to one Chiropractor and figure you have be stuck with pain and a sore back all the time.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment.
