Chiropractic adjusting - restores correct alignment and motion to the spine and other joints of the body thereby activating the body’s inherent ability to achieve optimum health. Percussor & ArthroStim, or flexion-distraction are often used in addition to adjustments to soften and relax tight muscles, and to reduce muscle spasm thereby producing more effective and longer lasting chiropractic adjustments.

Massage Therapy by Theresa Romey, LMP & Michael Berner, LMP - Therapeutic massage for: relaxation, stress and pain relief, deep tissue support, athletic performance, special pregnancy table with removable insert for moms’ comfort. Hot stones massage, craniosacral therapy and mobile business and chair massage are also available.

Creative Visualization & Relaxation (CVR) - Put on the headphones and the custom visual cortex stimulating glasses and experience 22 minutes of relief from the stress of everyday life. Like a massage for your brain, CVR can help decrease chronic pain and cut down everyday stress. This technology can also help with quitting smoking, losing weight, managing menopause, coping with cancer, life mastery, improving sports performance, boosting your sales, accelerated learning, improving your golf game and many others.

Balance, Posture & Core Strength Improvement (BPCSI) - Postural analysis and step by step classes to help you improve your balance and posture and build your core strength. We identify and treat underlying core issues so you have more energy, get relief from pain, and achieve long term stability, strength and health/wellness. Moving well also keeps you young.

Rejuvenation, Detoxification and Weight Loss Programs - Nutritional consultation using Symptom Survey. Many chronic illnesses including diabetes, heart disease, cancer and stroke can be directly attributed to being overweight, undernourished and stressed out. We can help you lose weight and keep it off permanently. We promote a three week all natural Rejuvenation/detox program, CVR programs and nutritional coaching programs to help remove the causes of weight gain and retention.

Wellness Inventory – An online program which helps you assess your health in 12 key dimensions. You also determine which ones you are most motivated to improve, create personal action steps, use the built in resources, and then monitor your progress. The Wellness Inventory includes a built in “virtual coach.” Personal one-on-one email or phone coaching is also available.

Cold laser - controlled, pulsed, coherent light treatments using 4 independently pulsed 5mw lasers at 635nm have been shown to promote tissue healing, decrease muscle spasm, pain and inflammation, assist lymphatic drainage and increase range of motion.

I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Mark Blessley is professional and approachable. He advised me on proper back care that has worked well for me.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
