They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Even though the doctor was full, they fit me in. I had to wait, but it was well worth the wait. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. No cell phone zone. I was able to relax very easily. You could tell everything was well taken care of. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my grocery shopping for the week right after my appointment at Trader Joe's. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Rena was especially helpful!
