I was extremely disappointed by this chiropractor. First the staff was not very friendly. Second they could not tell me how much it would cost per visit after I asked several times. Third he spent about 4 or 5 minutes per patient (I am not joking!) in an open area. How can anyone talk to him about how they are feeling with privacy? He took forever to get to me after I waited 20 minutes and spent 5 minutes. He did not focus on an area, he did not use enough pressure to get things to move. How do I know? I called another DC and went to see them, explained what had taken place. They did an exam and sure enough, I needed to be adjusted. They put more pressure into it, of course they used a private setting so we could discuss things and I felt much better.
His children wander about and interrupt. I waited excess time so someone could discuss a hunting trip! His hours are atrocious, he is only with patients 17 hours per week and WILL NOT come in other than those times. There are no appointment times that are just your times, you share with walk-ins. So you never get what you finally do pay for. He never gave advice, he never fixed anything. I saw him numerous times and to no satisfaction. I left and went elsewhere. I ran into 2 other patients of his at the same place, they were dissatisfied at their progress with him as well. He is very nice but he is not very good at changing up what he does. He did the exact same adjustment on every single patient regardless of what they stated was wrong. Also every massage person on site has left in the last 10 years. Why? That is strange.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sowers for 8 months now. He and his staff are excellent in their care. Dr. Sowers has provided my family and I with almost immediate relief in our pains and aches and we are looking forward to a long healthy relationship with Sowers Chiropractic. They include stretches and exercises, massage therapy is available.
