I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. I was definitely stiff when I left. I wish they had been more gentle. One thing that's been so annoying about Karen Lehman, D.C., is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment.
