They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They also take my insurance and nobody takes my insurance! He has my business for life!

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
