I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
