They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. After my treatments I find myself taking even more pain medication. They never take personal calls during my appointment. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I asked for some nutritional and lifestyle advice, because I know how important it is, but they ignored me! I have never had a chiropractor GRAB my arm and try to move it when they found resistance? THEN get mad even AFTER I told him it was stiff and painful-yanking 4 times-then saying, OBVIOUSLY you don't want to cooperate? The next day...my shoulder-my BAD one-was extremely painful. It was very frustrating-even damaging.
