Not severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help or get organized b/c they have had quite a bit of staff turnover lately.

I hate that they overbook the dr. frequently so if I arrive early then I end up waiting even more time to see him. When they squeeze patients back to back then it is very common for me to get charged $165 for about 8 to 10 mins of a VERY rushed treatment. It is more annoying when I only get 8 mins after waiting more than 30 mins past my SCHEDULED appt time during my last few visits.

I am also got annoyed w/ getting supplements pushed on me when they know my son's medical bills are stressing me out. I buy vitamins at Whole Foods that have the USP label on them- why can't he back off?

I am not seeing the results I use to get b/c of the craziness of him trying to see so many patients every day.

Tom is amazing. He will take the time to talk to you and listen to you. Even though sometimes what he says may sound a little bit unconventional, the bottom line is that he makes pain go away! I have seen him over the course of several years for a variety of things (knee, back, TMJ jaw pain), and he is ALWAYS very effective at easing pain very quickly. He does not demand a length course of visits like many chiropractors do.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
