There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
