My adjustments seemed very rough. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
I had a made up charge sent to collections, and it messed up my credit.
When I met with Dr. Bateman to ask about it, he talked in circles and told me he didn't know about it. He scammed me, and he might scam you too.

There was extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but he was extremely careful.
