this is a gifted doc, he manually assessed and fixed what on one else could- a SI joint problem that was ongoing for years.. as i had tried three other Chiros, plus ODs, PTs who were stumped and providing ineffective treatment.

that being said, the cure was rough- once the SI joint was released it became unstable for a few months, a painful time due to spondylolisthesis and spinal stenosis that was also undiagnosed up until then. after which PT plus exercise Dr Bondarev advised was able to strengthen and stabilize it in proper alignment.

This guy does not play "chiropractic games" about lifetime adjusting, like many others i've encountered in my search. Dr Bondarev is very direct and honest about the treatment necessary, and the side-affects. He explained that some discomfort, or even pain, may follow the first several treatments, which is a normal reaction of a human body overcoming an inflammation. Think of it as a fever to fight cold. My chronic shoulder problem couldnt be helped by many other doctors, even though i had a temporary improvements. Dr Bondarev's treatments made a tremendous difference and now i'm pain-free for over a year, something i thought is impossible a few years ago.
THis guy is a maverick. His approach is very unusual and his technique is quite unique, but IT WORKS!!
