The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Dr. Omar is very warm and easy to talk to. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. On occasion I wait a few minutes for my appt but I know she is being as thorough with her current patient as she always is with me. She addresses the cause or source of my problems to prevent future problems. THey've never postponed or cancelled an appt. She has even made special arrangements for serious emergencies on holidays. I HAD to take her up on it once. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs and the receptionist and others coworkers are very inviting.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
