My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. She does not care for an individual. It is all about HER PRIORITIES ! My appointment got cancelled because SHE had something come up and she couldn
t be there. Mind you I had waited for OVER A MONTH. The secretary keeps repeating that DR. LAKE IS VERY BUSY!!!! So be it. So am I ! If she could cancel my appointment they should have fit me in the next day !!
I am VERY DISAPPOINTED IN JANET LAKE and her ability to see new clients.
