Dr. Bertrand has always made me feel better. I have a chronic situation and when he knew, via XRay and MRI that he could not help me further, he referred me to DOC. I've had different presentations of the same problem since I was 18...I seen Doctor for over 30 yrs of successful pain alleviation ...cure was not an option without surgery. Well, that time has come but I want to thank Doctor for all the years he has given me without surgery.

They did not pressure me at all to return. They let you call them for your next appointment. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
