Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference.
