It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Dr. Poli always makes an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. He always listens to every concern I may have. My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how the doctor treated me. The office was clean and very inviting.

They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
