One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
