I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
