They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
