I visited Dr Milbrath 5 or 6 times. One day he "adjusted" my neck and I felt a sharp dagger-like feeling from shoulder to top of head! I couldnt see for a minute, nor could I move my neck for a few minutes. I gasped out loud and he immediately realized that he'd hurt me pretty bad. he said "sit for a while and relax" so I did. It started cramping up, I told him, he said "ice and heat alternatively for the night" and I left. Over the next few days I found it hard to swallow without sounding like a plastic water bottle being crushed. I couldnt move my neck at all!! My husband, a physical therapist looked at me and I was severely swollen. I went back to Dr Milbrath and asked for help, saying "I'm not the kind of person that wants a lawsuit, I just need help." He exrayed me, just as he'd done when I started with him. We looked at the X-rays, then I left. With my neck, getting progressively worse by the day, I asked him if i could take the xrays for my husband to see, to see if he could help. DR MILBRATH, AND HIS ASSISTANT BOTH SAID THAT THEY COULDNT FIND THE XRAYS!!! Now, this is a small office, and I SAW those X-rays!! I called 4 or 5 times (I have copies of all of the calls) and he repeatedly told me that they had "lost" my exrays, then after that, he would NEVER ANSWER OR RETURN MY CALLS!!! My husband wants to sue. Its been almost a year now and my arms are getting numb and lined with pain, my neck is very stiff and I have a very hard time talking for lengths of time, AND I CAN HARDLY SING!! My joy of joys!!
No, I'm not going to sue him, I just want to let others know that he did this to me. My profession id severely damaged as a result of this, and I'm becoming depressed over it all. What would you do?
DONT GET "HELP" FROM THIS DOCTOR!! He damaged my neck and won't return my calls. I'm tempted to walk into his office and watch him turn white!! What a jerk!!!
