I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
