They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
