Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

Dr. Kelly is the absolute best Chiropractor you will find in Wilson. My family and I will go to him for our medical concerns before we would go to our medical doctor - that's how much faith we have in him. He has helped my wife lose over 50 lbs and has helped me become the healthiest I have ever been (according to my medical doctor) and I am in my 50's!!!!! Bottom line: Don't waste your time or money going anywhere else. Dr. Kelly is in a league of his own!
