The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
I went in limping, could not put any weight on left side, Dr. Dyer straightened me out and most of my pain left. Wish I could get an appointment but I would have to fly from WI. Miss you Dr. D & Francis! <3
