When i went in they assured me that they had pre-certified insurance so I paid a copay. That was in 2010. The reality of it was they had not. Got a Bill for almost $500. My insurance said that they were never contacted. Richie's office said THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO FILE. BY THE TIME I KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT IT IT WAS TOO LATE TO FILE. THANKS FOR NOTHING!

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients.
