I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do.
