Dr. Richardson is a "full-care" hands-on practitioner who treats the whole patient, not just a particular pain or complaint. She utilizes up-to-date equipment and is highly knowledgeable about alternative treatments. If I were to criticize her, it would be the flip side of her strong points. Sometimes, she gets so involved in looking at the whole body as a system that she neglects the particular pain point I went to be treated for.

She is versed in Chinese medicine as well as non-invasive chiropractic methodologies, including testing for systemic problems like thyroid and auto-immune issues.

She has been consistently voted by patients as one of the best chiropractors in the area.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I felt very encouraged after my first appointment. After seeing how qualified and knowledgeable they were, I was hopeful that I would be able to get better under their care.
