They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
