It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. For the first time in a long time, I am free of pain in my hands, neck and lower back. I have recommended her to our friends that have complained of back pain and feel comfortable in doing so. I will continue to follow up with her for not only routine adjustments but also their tension relieving massages.
