It has been a while since I saw this doctor but I will never forget it. Not only did he not provide me with pain relief, but I was actually in even more pain when I left than when I went in. They barely gave me any information at all. the doctor was arrogant and condescending and seemed more interested in cranking out patients and getting insurance payments that actual care. Their staff was the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They were so warm and professional, and make the whole experience a little bit more bearable. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

Not at all! I was very confident when I left!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
