Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available and it is clean and cozy. Dr. Magenheim is the best provider I've had so far. I feel that he really care about the patients. I also notice that the other patients are satisfied.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
