The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
