I was adjusted for the first time when I was 5 years old so it's difficult for me to relate to people who don't understand what chiropractic is or how it can benefit them. My goal in practice is to relieve the patient's pain as soon as possible and educate them so they can prevent injury in the future. I believe we are each responsible to obtain & maintain our own health & it's my job to help patients figure out the most effective way to do that. Health is made up of many factors: proper nutrition, water intake, daily exercise, stress management, proper sleep and having a fulfilling purpose. Whenever any of these factors are out of balance our health suffers.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

I have severe lower back injuries also have had my neck fused in 3 locations. I cannot have my neck cracked so Jessica has knowledge in the Activator Method. She uses a spring loaded gadget so she doesn't twist your neck. It works like a charm. She knows exactly what spots to work on for the different areas of my body. I can go in with a headache and leave without one. Before I met Jessica, I went to another chiropractor out of the area that used the same method. Jessica was able to get a location in my lower back that the other chiropractor did not find. Once she located the spot and adjusted it ,I had less pain than I had felt in 6 years. Besides being so knowledgeable, she is so caring and kind. Miranda her office clerk is also so kind, caring and very personable. This office will do whatever it takes to make sure you get in to see the Dr. when it is an emergency. There is never a negative time at this chiropractors office. Remember if you are hesitant about having a chiropractor work on you, ask Jessica about the Activator Method, it will work for you.
