Great doctor and great staff

my friend was sent to mr. portnoys' office for a workmans comp evaluation. he sustained an on the job injury, herniating two discs that will have him in pain for the rest of his life. this so called doctor gave him an exam that did not even come close to any other exam hes received from numerous other doctors hes had to see. during the exam, he moved very quickly and used very little pressure as to purposely not cause him any pain. its obvious that mr. portnoy gets paid well to tell the state there is nothing wrong with the patient. he based his evaluation and conclusion mostly on the fact that my friend was able to walk, sit, lie down, turn over and get up without assistance. when i was told of the quality of the exam and then read his report it angered me that this man has the nerve to call himself a doctor. his demeaner and bedside manner was cold and arrogant. he had his mind made up before my friend entered the exam room. having many friends in the medical field, including several chiropracors, i asked if anyone knew of this portnoy character. all i can say is i was flabbergasted by the response. most people politly told me what a moron they thought he was. but, the clincher was a chiropractor that i know and respect told me he went to school with portnoy and his only response to me about mr. portnoy was..." he's a f***ing @$$#ole." you be the judge. i plan on reporting this clown to the state, the city council and the media...just to start, to uncover this racket and farce of a doctor that this man is.
