There were issues and confusion regarding billing my insurance. I was not provided with a helpful way to alleviate the issue. I contacted my insurance company numerous times and the story they told was very different from the one provided by this office. When I tried to mediate and get them to both speak it seemed that I was being such a hassle that it just was not worth it for them, or to me, to resolve. I was rudely interrupted by them taking a phone call in the middle of this conversation, that I walked out. The care that I did receive was excellent, but the handling of the very confusing billing issues was in no way excellent. I really don't appreciate being made to feel as if this is in some way my fault/responsibility, when I went above and beyond to try to come to an understanding and move forward. I will be going to another provider in the neighborhood, one who values my time and money.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
